Appointment Information
All appointments can be made by coming to the counselor's office in the James W. Dillard Library, Lower Level 1, Room L5; by contacting our office at 806-457-4277 or kyeager@fpctxedu; or by completing the care referral form, which will be sent directly to the counselor's office.
All appointments are confidential and provided at no charge to currently enrolled students and employees. We see individuals with a wide range of issues from stress, adjustment to college, relationship issues, and more serious concerns such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Appointments may be either made in-person or online. Please indicate which option you would prefer when scheduling an appointment.
Rescheduling and Canceling Appointments
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 806-457-4277 or kyeager@fpctx.edu by 8AM the morning of your appointment. You can leave a voicemail if you are calling outside of business hours.
