Our Mission and Services
At Frank Phillips College, we strive to provide free mental health services for concerns that are common among individuals in higher education. There are many ways you can receive help to support you in your behavioral health, wellness, and academic goals. We welcome you to make an appointment with our licensed therapist to see how best we can help. Our mission is to help you overcome life's challenges, gain resilience, and develop emotional intelligence to better help support you on your journey. If an individual presents with a concern beyond the scope of the clinician's care, we will be able to provide referral services to help with your needs. Our clinician can assist with navigating a variety of challenges, including but not limited to the following:
- Anxiety, depressions, and/or stress
- Developing coping, life, and academic skills
- Adjusting to life challenges and transitions
- Identity exploration
- Eating concerns
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Relationship issues
- Processing trauma
- Resources for physical and behavioral health needs

Meet one of our licensed mental health professionals in-person at your college campus. Our counselors remain available to support you throughout the academic year.
Mental Health Screening Tools
We offer a variety of mental health screening tools to help you identify potential mental health challenges and learn about symptoms and strategies for coping with anxiety, depression, and other conditions.
Depression Screening

PTSD Screening
Post-traumatic stress disorder can develop after a traumatizing event. If you have been exposed, this screening tool can help identify if you are experiencing symptoms of PTSD.
Addiction Screening
The Addiction Test is for people who are concerned about their use of alcohol or drugs. The questions focus on lifetime alcohol and drug use.
