Librarian

DESCRIPTION:
Frank Phillips College is seeking a full-time librarian that will assist patrons with research, managing and maintaining the library's collection, coordinating inter-library loan services, and working with faculty to determine their resource needs. The librarian also has the opportunity to present seminars and participate in administrative tasks, such as assessing library services and serving on college committees. Ultimately, the purpose of a full-time librarian is to provide quality library services and support to students and faculty, contributing to the academic community and promoting the college's reputation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Master of Library Science from an APA accredited program.
Two years of experience in an educational library is preferred.
- Employee must have a current driver’s license and be able to drive to campuses in Dalhart and Perryton as needed.

- Strong working knowledge of library management;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; and
