Use of College Facilities

Frank Phillips College welcomes the opportunity to serve the needs of the community.

Facility reservations are subject to availability. All groups must observe FPC's policy prohibiting smoking and alcohol on campus. In order to maintain our facilities, we require a deposit to accompany reservation requests.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE REQUESTING FPC FACILITY USE:

  • Determine the approximate number of participants in the group.
  • Decide on dates and times for facility use.
  • Consider special needs or equipment you may need (catering, media equipment)
  • Complete Facility Use Request Form below and submit with deposit.
  • Cancellations must be received a minimum of 48 hours in advance of scheduled activity. Failure to provide such cancellation notification will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Deposit must accompany reservation request to be valid.

OUR FACILITIES

Dillard Library

The Dillard Library has been recently renovated and is a beautiful space for larger meetings. 

Capacity:

  • 250 people when utilizing tables and chairs
  • 400 people when utilizing chairs only

Technology:

  • Projector
  • 1 hand held mic
  • New sound system (installed in 2024)

Auditorium

The Auditorium, located in the Fine Arts Building, is ideal for large group instruction, award ceremonies, or theater events. It seats up to 500 people, with each seat having a clear view of the stage.

Capacity:

  • 500 people

Technology:

  • Sound system

No food or drinks are allowed in the auditorium, on the stage, or backstage.

Conference Center

The Conference Center, located in the A&I Building, is a great space for larger meetings as it has a small kitchenette area and easily accessible restrooms.

Capacity:

  • 120 people when utilizing 24 round tables
  • 200 people when utilizing chairs only

Technology:

  • Projector
  • 1 hand held mic
