A Comprehensive List of Steps for Becoming a FPC Student.

STEP 1:
Admissions
Apply online to submit your application. You will be redirected to a new webpage.
Click GET STARTED and follow the step by step instructions. Once your application has been processed you will receive an acceptance letter.
STEP 2:
Transcripts
Have your transcripts mailed to Frank Phillips College Admissions Office, P.O. Box 5118, Borger, TX. 79008.
- Beginning Freshman, the Admissions Office will need your final high school transcript or GED certificate.
- Transfer Students, the Admission Office will need ALL college transcripts.
- Beginning Freshman who were enrolled in dual-credit classes in high school, the Admissions Office will need your final high school transcript AND college transcripts.
STEP 3:
Placement Process
Complete your placement process if you are enrolling in any educational based programs. Some certificate programs do not require Placement Testing.
New students should start the Placement Process by going to our Placement Testing page. There you will find guidelines and placement testing requirements.
STEP 4:
Financial Aid & Scholarships
Apply for your FSA ID federal financial aid online at www.FAFSA.ed.gov. Complete your FAFSA by March 1st of each year. Financial Aid applications are accepted year-round; however, funding priority will be given to students who meet the application deadlines listed.
Academic Scholarship Opportunities are also available. Simply fill out the online application. For consideration, completed scholarship applications must be postmarked or in the College Advancement office by the deadline posted on the application.
STEP 5:
On Campus Housing
If you are planning to enroll in On Campus Housing, please fill out your application.
Goins Hall - Women's Residence Hall
Stephens Hall - Men's Residence Hall
Tyler Street Hall - Coed Residence Hall
If you are living on campus or are under the age of 22, please supply your Evidence of Vaccination form and proof of Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination at this time. Please email to admissions.fpctx.edu
STEP 6:
Meet with an Advisor
Your final step for enrollment will be to meet with an Advisor at Student Central located on each of our main 3 campuses dependent on where your enrolling for classes. Your advisor will sign you up for classes.

STEP 7:
Payment
You can purchase your books online. Determine which books you need through your Plainsmen Portal. *Payment is due prior to the first day of class.*
You may pay for your tuition and fees through the Plainsmen Portal, at FPC Student Central, or in the FPC Business Office. To pay your bill online, access your student portal by clicking the link below.
