Supervisors:

Submit the Payroll Authorization and the Technology Request forms for new hires.  Submit only the PA form for position and/or salary changes (unless the new position requires additional IT access).  You will receive an email from the HR & Benefits Coordinator letting you know that the form was received and submitted for VP and/or President approval.
