Meeting room technology is not always directly adaptable to Apple products. It is highly recommended that user visits reserved room prior to scheduled event to ensure technology needs are sufficient for training/presentation purposes. User is responsible for ensuring technology (tv, projectors, sound system, laptop, tablets, wireless internet, etc.) function as planned. FPC does not offer after hour or weekend technical assistance. If an event is scheduled outside normal FPC business hours, User is responsible for technology issues. Podium Microphone Projector Special Notes or Other Requirements:Facility requests must be made seven (7) days prior to date of event/activity. Total facility rental fee is due upon signing of the Facility Rental Agreement. Written notice of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled event. A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed for all cancellations not meeting the 48 hour requirement. Any commercial advertisement that mentions or includes Frank Phillips College's name must first be approved by the President's Office. No candles, confetti, or glitter are allowed in any area. No signs, posters, or decorations are allowed on painted walls. Liability:User is to assume full responsibility for any injury or liability resulting from the use of College facilities in connection with reservation request. Proof of insurance may be requested for facility use. Damages: User is responsible for the conduct of all persons in his/her group and for the proper care and safeguarding of College property. User agrees to compensate the College for all damages to College property while under his/her supervision and for any lost or stolen equipment.
