Employee Request for Degree Approval

Employees who choose to further their education by earning a degree after employment with the college will be compensated according to the Employee Handbook as shown below.  The degree must coincide with the employee's job duties and be approved by their supervisor as well as the President of the College to ensure that the particulars of the program align with the employee's position and become a benefit to the college.  Increases become effective only after the employee provides an official transcript reflecting the conferred degree to the Office of the President.

To request degree approval, complete the form below.  The form will then be sent to supervisors for official approval.  It is recommended that employees discuss this with their supervisors prior to submitting the form.
