Payment Plan Requests

Frank Phillips College offers two convenient online payment options.

1. One-Time Payment 

This is an easy pay option for students who want to pay their balance in full. To pay online in full, login to the student portal and select "My Finances" and then "Make a Payment Online."       

2. Installment Payment Plan

This plan is available to any student unable to pay the full amount due by the first class date.


Installment Payment Plan:

  • $25.00 non-refundable origination fee.
  • Provides for 4 separate installments for Fall or Spring semesters (Summer semesters allow fewer installments).
  • The first installment is due by the first day of class and must be at least 25% of the current semester's tuition and fees.
  • A late fee charge of $35.00 will apply for each installment not paid by the due date.
  • Any additional charges added to the student's account after the initial installment will be due with the final payment.

If you want to sign up for an installment payment plan, submit the Payment Plan Request Form below. Please note: Submission of the form does not guarantee approval of payment plan request. You will receive an email notification once your payment plan request has been approved or denied.

Before proceeding, you will need to log in to the Student Portal and obtain your Student ID Number and your total balance due.
