DESCRIPTION:
Frank Phillips College is currently seeking a qualified individual who will teach the art and skill of welding through various means, including hands-on, verbal communication, pictures, etc. A qualified candidate must be able to pass a craft welding test and teach to that level in all commonly used industrial processes, including SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, oxy-fuel welding, brazing, and cutting, along with the craft-level use and maintenance of carbon arc gouging, plasma cutting, welding, and associated equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Certificate or Associate's Degree in welding from an accredited college and a minimum of three years of industrial welding experience.

Employment will be determined by instructor qualifications and student demand. Summer, fall, or spring evenings or weekend opportunities available. Retirees are encouraged to apply.
