Supervisory (NON-Faculty) Positions

Coordinator of Extended Education

Campus: Borger Campus, Borger, Texas

Duties: Developing, scheduling, organizing, and promoting Continuing Education and Community Service classes and events, as well as cross training to provide staff support for other areas of campus operations.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Position status: Full-time. Excellent Benefits. Salary commensurate with experience and education.

EMS Coordinator

Job Purpose: Provides programs of Continuing Education and Community Services for Emergency Medical personnel; acts as a liaison between rescue staff, hospital employees and the public.

Reports to: Director of Extended Education / State Program Director

Qualifications:

  • Must have Advanced Coordinator Certification from Texas Department of State Health Services. See** http://www.dshs.state.tx.us
  • Have an associate, bachelor or advanced degree

Assistant Volleyball Coach

Position status: Part Time

Responsibilities: Report to the head coach and assists with all aspect of day-to-day operations of the volleyball program. Help to promote academic achievement- Monitors study hall periods. Assist in the development and implementation of clinics and sports camps. Assist in all recruiting. Responsible for all scouting reports.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and must have experience as a college player and/or coach at the high school, collegiate, or club levels.

Maintenance Mechanic

Duties: Maintain exercise equipment, swimming pool, HVAC, remodeling/renovation of facilities, emergency on call after hours.

Full-time: plus excellent benefits.

 
Instructional Positions

Perryton/Guymon Part-Time Clinical Instructor

3 years of current nursing experience required.

The part-time RN position will require 16 hours per week with the exception of holidays for fall. The spring semester will require 30 hours per week with the exception of holidays.

The applicant should be licensed in Oklahoma and Texas and is willing to drive to both.

Cosmetology Instructor

Requirements: A current instructor license issued by the State of Texas Board of Cosmetology. Minimum of three years operators Experience is required; and some instructor experience desirable.

Responsibilities: To train students through the school curriculum and activities. To Provide a well-balanced cosmetology education and proper development of basic motor skills for student success in the field of Cosmetology.

Job Location: Frank Phillips College Cosmetology, Dumas, TX Center

Start Date: March 2013

English/humanities

Requirements: Master’s Degree with a minimum of 18 graduate-level hours in English/humanities.

Part-Time Employment Opportunities
Part-Time Instructors
Frank Phillips College is in constant search of qualified instructors for all credit and non-credit curriculum offerings.� Employment will be determined by instructor qualifications and student demand. Summer, fall, or spring evenings or weekend opportunities available. Retirees encouraged to apply. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Specific areas most needed that require a Masters Degree with 18 graduate hours in the teaching field: Biology, Communications, Criminal Justice, Economics, English, Geology, Government, History, Mathematics, Philosophy, Spanish.
